Terms of Use
Effective September 26, 2026 · Marco Eid, doing business as Breeze Tech
See also the Privacy Policy, which covers what ContractIn collects and who processes it.
Overview
These terms are the agreement between you and Marco Eid, doing business as Breeze Tech ("Breeze Tech," "we," "us") for the use of the ContractIn app. Installing or using ContractIn means you accept them.
They cover what the app does, what you're responsible for, and how subscriptions work. Read the subscription and estimate-accuracy sections in particular — those are the ones that affect your money and your client relationships.
Questions before you agree: [email protected].
What ContractIn does
ContractIn records the site walk you're already doing, transcribes it, matches what you said against the price list you entered, and produces a priced estimate you can review, edit and send to your client as a PDF.
It's a tool for producing documents. It doesn't bid jobs for you, doesn't contract with your clients, and isn't a party to any agreement between you and them.
Your account
You need an account to use ContractIn. You sign in with a one-time code sent to your email address — there's no password to lose.
You're responsible for the email account you sign in with. Anyone who can read your email can sign in as you, so keep it secured.
You must be old enough to enter a binding contract where you live, and you must use ContractIn for a real business you're authorised to represent.
Subscriptions and billing
Your first estimate is free. After that, finishing an estimate requires an active subscription.
Subscriptions are sold through Apple, in the app. Apple takes the payment, holds your payment details, and issues receipts — we never see your card.
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period until you cancel.
- Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the current period ends.
- Cancel any time in your Apple account settings. Cancelling stops the next renewal; it doesn't shorten the period you've already paid for.
- Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. You have to cancel it through Apple.
Prices vary by country and are shown in the app in your local currency before you buy. If we change a price, the change applies to renewals after the change, and Apple will ask you to confirm before charging a higher amount.
Refunds are handled by Apple under their terms, not by us. We can't issue, approve or reverse an App Store charge — Apple's support can.
Your recordings, prices and client data
Everything you put into ContractIn stays yours: your recordings, your transcripts, your price list, your clients' details and the estimates you produce.
You give us only the permission needed to run the service for you — to store that content, process it through the transcription and matching steps, and produce your estimates. We don't use it to advertise to you, and we don't sell it. The privacy policy sets out exactly who processes what.
You're responsible for having the right to record and to enter the information you put in — including, where the law requires it, telling people they're being recorded.
You can delete your account from Settings at any time, which removes your estimates, recordings, catalog and PDFs from our servers.
Estimates are drafts until you check them
This is the most important thing in these terms.
ContractIn uses automated transcription and AI matching to turn speech into line items and prices. Both can be wrong. It can mishear a measurement, match the wrong item from your catalog, miss something you said, or carry a quantity across incorrectly.
Every estimate is a draft for you to review. The review screen exists for exactly this reason. You are responsible for checking every line, quantity and price before you send anything to a client.
Once you send an estimate, it's your quote to your client, not ours. We're not responsible for a job you underbid, a total that was wrong, or a commitment you made to a client on the strength of an unchecked estimate.
What you may not do
- Use ContractIn for anything unlawful, or to record someone where recording them would be unlawful.
- Try to break, overload, reverse-engineer or work around the limits of the service, including the AI usage limits.
- Resell or rebrand ContractIn as your own product, or share one account across separate businesses.
- Upload content you don't have the right to use.
We can suspend or close an account that does these things.
Availability and changes
We aim to keep ContractIn running, but we don't promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. It depends on services we don't control, including Apple's, and on your device having a connection when a step needs one.
We may change or discontinue features. If we make a change that materially reduces what a paid subscription gives you, we'll say so in the app or by email before it takes effect.
We may update these terms. The effective date at the top changes when we do, and continuing to use the app after that means you accept the update.
Ending the agreement
You can stop using ContractIn at any time, and delete your account from Settings.
We can suspend or end your access if you breach these terms, or if we stop offering the service. If we end it for our own reasons while you have time left on a paid period, you can ask Apple for a refund of the unused part.
The sections on your content, estimate accuracy, disclaimers and liability survive the end of this agreement.
Disclaimers and liability
ContractIn is provided as-is. We don't warrant that it will be free of errors, that transcription or matching will be accurate, or that it will be fit for a particular job.
To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for lost profits, lost business, lost data, or for indirect or consequential losses — including a job priced wrongly on the strength of an estimate you didn't check.
Where liability can't be excluded, it's limited to the amount you paid us for ContractIn in the twelve months before the claim.
Nothing here removes rights you have under consumer law that can't be waived.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil, and disputes go to the courts there, unless the consumer law where you live gives you the right to bring a claim somewhere else.
Your purchase itself is also subject to Apple's terms, since Apple is the seller of the subscription.
